Planned implementation stages

  1. Validate standalone, functional generators and browser tests.
  2. Provide the free consent interface and explicit script gating; verify site owner integrations. Hosted services and legal certification are separate future work.
  3. Add bounded, authorized recurring audits and secure privacy-request worklists.
  4. Add accounts, billing, retention controls, support and business reporting only after full QA.
A homemade cookie banner is not automatically a Google-certified consent management platform. Regional consent requirements, certification and contractual obligations must be verified before selling any such service.
